How do we use your data?

We use user data from Email and Slack to provide a service that allows users to prioritize incoming messages from multiple messaging platforms.

User Authorization.

We use a service called Auth0 to authorize users on our platform. You can find information about Auth0’s security and privacy policy.

Infrastructure.

Currently, all data and data processing run on the Google Cloud Platform.

User data is stored in Google Cloud SQL which is encrypted both at rest and at transit.  In order to generate metadata for messages, we send messages to Google Cloud Language to generate sentiment and extract entities.

Services outside of GCP.

We also rely on Firebase Javascript SDK to upload images into private Google Cloud buckets. Firebase is a Google product.

What will we do with your data?

Any personally identifiable information will never be shared with anyone. We may use non personally identifiable information to answer analytics queries (i.e. The average customer responds 30% of the time).
